POTATO SALAD

Ingredients:

Okay do 750 g potatoes Tuk YG salad
3SDM chives, finely chopped
3SDM smooth parsley leaves, finely chopped


Sauce:

Mayonnaise sauce 150 ml
100 ml cream fraiche
1 teaspoon dried Dragon (tarragon)
black pepper powder and salt to taste


How do I make:
Wash your potatoes to clean, cooked with the dish, once cold Peel potato, cut into forms of data. Mix the scallions and parsley.
Mix all ingredients for the sauce, stir well, the sauce and mix with chunks of potatoes.
