Ingredients sauce: Ulek smooth
10 PCs red chili
Cayenne Red 5 piece
3 garlic cloves
6 grains of red onion
2 Butir Pecans, roasted peanuts
2 teaspoons shrimp paste, burned
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp of granulated sugar
3 Tablespoons oil to skillet stir
Add on:
3 hard boiled eggs into 2 pieces cut
Roast 100 grams of peanut skin
1 cucumber, sliced bias cut
How do I make:
Nasi lemak, clean washing rice and then drain. Heat the coconut milk. Add Pandan leaves, lemon grass and salt. Mixing boil. Stir in the rice. Move to dive. Grilled for 30 minutes until cooked over medium heat.
